Job Description:
1. To be the first point contact with the customer in the branch.
2. Provide customer service and product information.
3. Distributing Product information, Deliverables Custodian.
4. Balance Enquiries for walk-in customers, Brief transaction query.
5. Balance Confirmation Certificates.
6. Obtain referrals from walk-in customers for Current account & Saving account and Demat.
7. Cross sell of direct banking channels to walk-in customers to deepen relationships.
8. Account Opening Current account & Saving account/FD.
9. Collection of Foreign Currency Cheques, Report Generation & filing.
10. Customer acquisition through sales to walk in customers, referrals from walk-ins for Current account & Saving account and Demat accounts.
11. Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships.
12. Cross-Sell all products & services.
13. Generation of referrals from internal database, Stop payment.
14. Enhance the value of existing accounts of Current account & saving account customers. Retention of accounts.
