2. Hiring Experienced candidates for Technical Support and Customer Support Process.
3. Should have basic understanding of troubleshooting,desktop support,MS Office.
4. Should be flexible to work on e-mails and calls both.
5. Ability to handle Customers query and resolve issues asap as per Standard Procedure.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.
7. Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and other internet related issues.
8. Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
9. Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement.
10. Previous experience in a customer service role on Phone / Email / Chat channels is preferred.
