Job Description:
1. Ability to research on own and good analytical skills.
2. Interact with internal and external clients to get relevant information and clarity of the work flow if required.
3. Candidate should be willing to work in US shifts.
4. Creation, maintenance of client account details, SSIs, etc.
5. Entering key personal information onto systems and checking / sampling other colleagues work for accuracy.
6. Meet the TAT and error free delivery.
7. Navigate through different applications and data collection sources.
8. Demonstrate a high standard for customer service and proactively managing work queues and general maintenance of client records.
9. Provide training to new staffs if required.
10. Contribute to process streamlining and improvement.
11. Work as a team player.
