1. PERFORMANCE Testing experience using Load Runner a MUST.
2. Both Web Application and Web Services Scripting and performance testing experience and knowledge.
3. Test Management experience needed for test coordination.
4. Experience using various test tools such as Load Runner, Quality Center, etc.
5. Ability to coordinate, interact with, and lead cross departmental teams.
6. Ability to make decisions without all information.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to learn new applications quickly.
