Job Description:
1. Review detailed and technology design deliverables.
2. Code, test, document and implement programs with high complexity levels.
3. Participate in on-call support activities.
4. Identify and correct application software problems.
5. Code, test, document and implement application enhancements and corrections.
6. Monitor and resolve system performance issues.
7. Assist end users in resolving and identifying system issues by providing application knowledge and technical expertise.
8. Assist users through creation and execution of test plan.
9. Train users in use of new system.
10. Participate in generation of user documentation.
11. Working Location : Manyatha Tech Park - Bangalore.
Skill:
1. Participate in meetings with users to determine requirements and scope.
2. Assist in the creation of functional design deliverables.
3. Complete detailed and technical design deliverables.
4. Facilitate and actively participate in technology activities as they relate to the Technology, Server.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year university or college; or equivalent combination of coursework and job experience.
2. One to two years of information systems development experience; minimum two years of project design activities.
3. One to two years of system analysis and programming experience.
4. Logistics system and operations support experience.
5. Production support experience in information systems department with comparable systems.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Working knowledge of PCs including software and hardware.
8. Experience with Manhattan (iSeries) PKMS required.
9. Experience with related Manhattan programs a plus such as EIS, Labor Management, Performance Management and Slotting.
10. Other programing knowledge language experiences a plus such as experience with web-based, object-oriented programming languages like Java and C++ or SAPABAP.
