1. 3 - 6 years of Server-side Software development experience.

5. Thorough knowledge of any data basesOracle, MS-SQL, DB2.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
7. Thorough knowledge of Java, Servlets, JSP, XML, JDBC, Spring (Core, MVC, JdbcTemplate), SQL.
8. Prior development experience using Web based frameworks Spring or Struts.
9. Hands-on experience in writing SQLs for relational data basesOracle, MS-SQL, DB2.
