Job Description:
1. Experience in Product / Technical support Knowledge in HTML, Java Script and CSS.
2. Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end to end usage of advertisement operations tool.
3. Experience in email support and solving the technical issue by step by step process.
4. Provide email based technical support to clients in different geos - 24*7
5. Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs - TFR, TRT, TAT, and FCR.
6. Maintain high customer satisfaction.
7. Help with research and troubleshooting of tough tickets.
8. Knowledge Gap Reduction.
9. Process improvement & Escalations management.
10. Product support/Application Support experience.
11. Excellent Communication skills.
12. Troubleshooting the issues related to ad servicing.
13.Night Shift Mandatory.
