2. CCNA certified.
3. Post Graduation in Advanced Networking preferable.
4. One year experience in a Managed Service Organization.
5. Methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Good at self-learning and quick learner.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
8. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
9. Competitive and Ambitious.
10. Able to prioritize the work during the pressure situation and should be self-drive to look for the solution.
11. Able to work with the team.
