1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred.

4. Skilled in estimating and common project management desktop tools.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Good leadership skills to train, guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel.
7. Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
9. Ability to manage medium sized projects.
10. Ability to work in a team environment.
11. Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks.
