Job Description:
1. Creating setup like product Number, BOM Structure etc in AGILE & BAAN for new Products.
2. Creating part numbers for BOM in agile & Baan.
3. Creating AVL in agile & Baan system.
4. Downloading customer documents like product specifications etc & releasing same in CDC.
5. Efficiently managing ECOs for manufacturing sites across the globe.
6. Use Agile (PLM) system for ECO (Engineering Change Order) creation, reviewing , routing, tracking, releasing and distribution.
7. Study the ECOs / Drawings closely and coordinate with the site Process / Product Engineering team.
8. Work closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates / modifications.
9. Respond to Business Partner (requestor) and customer on queries relating to Engineering Change Orders.
10. Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics.
11. Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues.
Candidate Profile:
1. B.E / B.Tech (Any Engineering)
2. 0 – 2 years of experience as a NPI/ECO Engineer in a BPO or Manufacturing set up.
Following experience is preferred. But no constraint for a right candidate.
1. Hands on experience in the following domains,
2. NPI (New Product Introduction)
3. ECO (Engineering Change Order management).
4. BOM (Bill Of Materials) Management.
5. Price Matrix Process.
