Job Description:
1. Monitoring of the customer network within defined SLA.
2. Initial diagnosis of faults- Validation of alarms.
3. Notifying the customer and internal stakeholders of the fault and the impact to the network.
4. Creating trouble tickets for investigation by other teams.
5. Interaction with other Technical and Incident Management teams in C&W.
6. Interaction with the service desks ,first line teams and key IT contacts.
Behavioural/ Personality Specifications required:
1. Methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
2. Good at self-learning and quick learner 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Competitive and Ambitious.
6. Able to prioritize the work during the pressure situation and should be self-drive to look for the solution.
7. Able to work with the team.
