Job Description:
1. Customize / Custom develops the CRM as per the client requirement.
2. Troubleshoot and Debug.
3. Understand the client requirement.
4. Respond to customer / prospect for their questions [ email, chat]
5. Participate in client demo (American audience, UK audience).
6. Prepare technical documentation for the project.
7. Regularly update and contribute to the project knowledge base.
8. Conduct project status meetings and update the tracking systems.
Candidates must have
1. Ability to follow Technical instructions 2. Basic Debugging skills.
3. Possess short learning curve.
4. Hands on experience with MS power Point, Excel and Word.
5. Understanding of CRM
6. MVC architecture understanding.
7. Usage of Smarty template files.
