Job Description:
1. Answer calls and assess customer's technical support needs.
2. Provide 1st level technical support or basic operations using documented procedures and available tools.
3. Resolve customer issues, or escalate when necessary.
4. Follow-up on issues and inform customer about the status.
5. Log issues and all customer contacts into the customer database, translate end-user business needs into working solutions and 6. provide technical resolutions.
7. Provide system administration or product support · Support other team members on difficult calls.
8. Participate in process improvement initiatives.
9. Skill Set: · Graduate (including B.E./B.Tech) with 0-4 years experience Excellent English communication skills.
10. Willing to workin night shifts · Basic knowledge in technical concepts like ISP, LAN, Operating Systems, TCP/IP.
11. Transportation Boundary : Within 35 kmradius from Hitec city.

2. Aptitude Test.
3. Typing Test.
