Job Description:
1. Deep knowledge of SAP Business Objects BI platform fundamentals and technologies (web intelligence, and universes preferred).
2. Experience in application support/administration for Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing environment.
3. SAP Data Services/Business Objects - version 3 and 4 experience is required.
4. Hands-on experience in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining environment.
5. ETL design and architecture experience, data modeling, performance tuning and KPI design with reporting skills is desirable.
6. In-depth experience with Enterprise BI Data Presentation Strategy and implementation, ad hoc reports, standard reports, and dashboards.
7. Experience working in a 24x7 rapid response environment, with full life cycle experience (requirements gathering through production deployment) in all aspects of BI/DW (ETL, data modeling, analytics and reporting).
8. Airline and travel industry experience with Customer Insight and Marketing Analytics and/or DW Technology Consulting is desirable.
9. Background with other ETL tools and experience with MS SSIS, Informatica, DataStage is preferable.
10. Experience with incident/ticket tracking tools like Remedy, JIRA or similar tools.
11. Experience working in an Onshore/Offshore Model.
