Job Description:
1. 0 to 1 Year experience in the field of telecalling / outbound calls.
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized way.
3. Lead Generation, Pitching, Explaining products, sending proposals and fixing appointments, keeping track of all leads, convincing lead.
4. Responsible for handling inbound Outbound calls.
5. Make Cold Calling.
6. Call prospective clients & explain product and services.
7. Daily reporting.
8. Listen attentively to customer need.
9. Reporting to Marketing Manager and HR Manager.
10. Should manage all TTL and BTL activities.
11. Excellent Communication & Convincing Skill.
