Job Description:
1. Hands on experience on Cisco routers and Switches and familiarity with Data Centre Technologies.
2. Understand, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IPMPLS/DCN network issues with minimal need to engage escalation resources.
3. Assist with Help Desk functions, provide technical support and troubleshooting to users.
4. Interface with Cisco Vendor, carriers, and 3rd Party service providers to create and manage problem resolution.
5. Communicate and document incidents to include cause, action, and solution as well as root cause analysis.
