5. Recognize and evaluate performance critical areas.
6. Rapidly fix bugs or take your time to solve hard problems well.

8. 5+ years of PHP frontend and backend development.
9. Advanced Experience with Magento and Magento theming.
10. Constantly keep up to date with the latest news and techniques in the Magento development world.
11. Magento Developer Plus certification (preferred).
