4. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycles, processes and methodologies.
5. Basic knowledge of C/C++. Familiarity with SQL and DB2.
6. Strong oral and written communications skills.
7. Ability to develop technical specifications high-level business requirements.
8. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to prioritize workload and maintain focus.
10. Ability to work well within a globally distributed team in a high performance organization.
11. Experience in developing electronic payment systems is desirable.
