1. Choose appropriate candidates from the applications received.
2. Co ordinate interviews at client location and follow up for selection status.
3. Provide information about the various job opportunities.
4. Suggest the best program to the client.
5. Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline.
6. Recruiting IT professionals for various clients & companies.
7. Sourcing candidates for different programs.
8. Screening candidates based on requisites of different programs.
9. Coordinating and follow-up with the client.
10. Manage, document and track incoming applications and candidate inquires to ensure timely response and communication.
11. Holding individual team members accountable for reaching the goal.
12. Create an individual tracker and update on regular basis.
13. Draft advertising to attract applicants of the right standard.
14. Meeting the set goal for the month.
