Job Description:
1. Handon Coding experince in Corejava and J2ee.
2. Developing framework and infrastructure code using current web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery) as well as JAVA.
3. Participating in code reviews.
4. Engaging actively in the technical decision making process.
5. Participating in technical discussions and providing feedback depending on the needs of the team/department.
6. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies (including Oracle technologies) and assimilating them into the product suites.
7. Pro-actively mentoring and keeping track of team mates progress.
8. Ensuring compliance with development methodology and technical process.
Candidate must have:
1. Strong web development experience.
2. J2EE development experience is a plus.
3. Thorough understanding of OO principles.
4. Track record of rapidly learning and incorporating new technologies into his/her skill set.
5. Thorough knowledge of programming best practices.
6. Expert analytical and troubleshooting skills.
