1. Good understanding of Life insurance business with experience of working with a Life Insurance firm.
2. Deep knowledge of Life & Pensions (both Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution areas), & annuities (Fixed & variable).
3. Ability to define and document business processes.
4. Understanding of trends in insurance globally and key business and technology imperatives.
5. Experience in working on different policy administration systems would be a definite plus.
6. Have a good idea of requirements, gap analysis, functional design, testing and UAT. Be able to create and reuse product templates and set up Product Libraries.
