Job Description:
1. Serve as an Enabling Capabilities Team member, responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Splunk.
2. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Review and monitor incident management, incident escalation, and incident resolution issues.
3. Executes well, thought-out proof of concept documents.
4. Work closely with Infrastructure support teams to diagnose and resolve configuration issues.
5. Develop, implement, and document configuration standards, policies, and procedures for operating, managing, and ensuring the security of the Splunk infrastructure.
6. Provide on-call support for Splunk as required.
